Ed Breedveld
Managing Director
Ed Breedveld is the Founder and Director of Bovercon, bringing more than 46 years of experience across construction, building maintenance, compliance, fit-outs, fire services, and mechanical systems.
After starting his career as a 16-year-old apprentice carpenter, Ed worked his way into management before founding Bovercon with a simple vision: to deliver honest, reliable service, quality workmanship, and real value. His relationship-first approach has built lasting trust with clients, contractors, and the team, and continues to shape Bovercon's
culture today.
Scott Breedveld
Service Coordination Manager - Bovercon Projects
As Service Coordination Manager, Scott oversees the end-to-end coordination of projects, acting as the primary liaison between clients and contractors.
His responsibilities include managing the process from quotation through to project completion, coordinating trades where required, ensuring site inductions are completed before work commences, scheduling attendance, monitoring project progress, and managing invoicing upon completion of works.
Dane Breedveld
Job Title Bovercon Services
Dane Breedveld leads Bovercon’s Services Division as General Manager – Operations and Business Development. With a practical and considered approach, Dane oversees the delivery of home modifications, accessibility improvements, maintenance and repair services, with a strong focus on supporting older Australians and people living with disability.
Dane believes that good service starts with listening, communicating clearly and taking responsibility for seeing things through. He works closely with clients, families, care providers, occupational therapists and Bovercon’s project team to develop solutions that are safe, practical and suited to each person’s circumstances.
Approachable and solutions-focused, Dane is committed to building a trusted service that treats people with respect and helps them feel safer and more confident in their own homes.
Outside of work, Dane is a family-oriented person who values time with those closest to him. Known for his down-to-earth nature and sense of humour, he believes in treating people fairly, owning problems when they arise and being someone others can rely on.
