At one of Australia’s most significant heritage landmarks, Bovercon delivered sensitive firesafety and buildingfabric upgrades. Our work included integrating modern firesafety systems into a heritagelisted structure without disturbing its architectural integrity, undertaking specialised building works in restricted spaces, and coordinating with heritage consultants to ensure all upgrades met strict preservation requirements.

Bovercon completed a major upgrade of this iconic heritage entertainment venue. We installed new hydrant and sprinkler systems throughout the complex, modernised the electrical switch room to current standards, and carried out structural and building works to integrate new services into an ageing building. All works were staged to maintain operational continuity during events.

At one of Australia’s busiest cinema complexes, Bovercon delivered a comprehensive infrastructure upgrade. We refurbished the main electrical switch room, replaced outdated components, and improved load capacity. We also completed the refurbishment of two lifts, upgrading mechanical and electrical systems to extend service life. On the rooftop, we installed new firesafety systems and fall prevention measures. All works were completed in a live environment with minimal disruption to cinema operations.
